Items ordered against set rules or regulation, or in breach of ones own countries laws, may be witheld indefinetly, full refund will be issued.

If a package has not been delivered after 30 working days, then we can file a claim with the post service and they will investigate and compensate us once they have confirmed the non-delivery.

Due to the nature of burning devices and censers we will only accept returns on unused and unopened merchandise for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Opened or used merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable. This includes all censers, incense, herbals, etc. Please contact the manufacturer for all warranty claims. Herbal Smoke Mix cannot accept some product returns due to the possibility of pollution of products. Some product refunds cannot be offered.

We accept all major debit/credit cards. Alternative Methods of Payment are accepted please contact us for more information. Please note your order will not be dispatched until your payment has been cleared! It is therefore recommended where possible you pay by card as due to the nature of the process it may take several days for your payment to clear and your order to be dispatched.
