- No, orders can only be delivered through the mail.
- Can I pay by another method other that online by credit card?
- When paying using one of these methods please use the online shopping cart and select the 'place order' option on the end, this will give you email confirmation with the correct total including shipping and an order reference number.
- Do you send your products to my country?
- We send our products to all countries where they are legal. While we try to keep up to date on this, it is the customers responsibility to check their local laws as we will not be held responsible for packages that get confiscated by customs. No refunds will be given in this case, unless the parcel is returned to us in its original condition, unopened. Postage costs will not be refunded under any circumstances. Please check your local laws before you order. We can not give any advice on the law in your country.
- How do you package your products?
- All orders are sent in plain packaging without any reference as to what is inside or Herbal Smoke Mix Shop. There is a small return address label and a p.o. box address, this is all. We are required when sending to some countries, to fill in a customs form. In this case the contents is usually listed as incense, dried herbs or craft supplies.
- Why haven't I received any email confirmation or receipt?
- This is usually because an invalid email address has been supplied to us. If using a web mail service such as Hotmail make sure you have not reached your space quota for messages.
- When can I expect to receive my order?
- We try to process all orders within 2 working days, although at very busy times it may be a little longer. All UK orders are sent by either first class recorded delivery or parcelforce depending on the weight. Please allow 1 week for delivery within Europe and 1 - 3 weeks for the rest of the world. Many orders will arrive before these estimates but please do not contact us asking about your order until this time has passed.

- If you'd like to insure your package, please let us know.
- Will my personal details be kept safe and confidential?
- Yes. We value our customers and pride ourselves on offering a discreet service. We delete all credit card details as soon as we have processed your order, unless you have specifically asked us to keep them on file. We may keep some basic customer infomation on file however this information will never be shared with third parties.
- Are you interested in stocking my product?
- We are constantly searching the world for new and smarter products. If you have a product you think would appeal to our customer's, please contact our Purchasing Department.
- Do the products really work?
- We do not sell products that do not work. If a product gets bad customer reviews, it is yanked from our warehouse shelves and thrown in the trash, banished from Herbal Smoke Mix Shop forever! All of our products which we currently feature have been sold to many customers worldwide!
- Can I Mix My Herbal Smoke Together?
- Yes! Many, Many Customers email us with great success stories of achieving the greats desired results from mixing different natural herbal smoke! There is definitely an underlying synergy when mixing certain herbal smokes, creating a wonderful smoke, full of different herbal experiences and results.
