International Signed For

Packages sent with the International Signed For service usually take about a week to deliver. There is no guaranteed delivery date.

Your package can be tracked up until its departure. After that point, the package is in the hands of the next country's postal chain which may or may not use a tracking system.

All mail is signed for at the destination address but please note that we cannot provide a copy of the signature or say who signed for the item.

Royal Mail does not consider a package to be lost until 1 month after the expected delivery date. We cannot replace your order until after this time.
